Whether you are new to the wine arena or a wine connoisseur, you will enjoy our wine seminars offered to all Grand Wine Tasting ticket holders. Registration for the seminars is not required. Seating will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 

Sensory Evaluation of Wine

Learn what a good wine and a bad wine will taste like. Developing your palate to enjoy more types of wine. Mike LoDuca distributes wines with distinct elements and will demonstrate how to relish each one.

 

Getting the most of your Napa Valley Visit!

Dick Kneiser is an avid fan of California wines who has traveled extensively in Napa Valley and is well acquainted with several of the wineries and their owners. A popular Seminar at our 2007 Festival, “You gotta have a plan,” Dick helps you make the most out of any wine country visit.

 

Tasting and Enjoying Your Wine

After 20 years in fine-dining Restaurant Management, Melanie began traveling the world via the wine glass six years ago.  Studying wine is an adventure in geography, history, climate, soil, tasting and culture. Melanie is currently studying for the title of Certified Wine Educator from the Society of Wine Educators.

 

Developing a Wine Collection

Presented by Paul Decker

Paul has developed an outstanding assortment of over 300 bottles with wines purchased at reasonable prices.  He will discuss how starting with 24 bottles can grow into a collection you can enjoy many times over and develop your own unique wine entertaining style.
